Oh! You will HAVE to bring some of those when you visit! I am dying for some. We are planning on joining a co-op here that delivers eggs raised the same way you do, plus in-season fruits & veggies once a week. It's great and you just pay a monthly fee to have them delivered to your door. I'm so excited for it! Especially since we can't have a garden here since the yard is too small and paved over.

Hey! Happy Birthday dear sister! I have tried to call you on this special day of yours to no avail...seems your 'mailbox' is already too full of b-day wishes and I think prehaps I should have tried first thing this morning! Any who, I am hoping you are down at the ocean breathing in some salty air and having your favourite sandwich at Con Pain. I love you, see you soon, s'mee

Once you've had a good egg, a really good, organic, free-range, fresh egg, there is no going back.

I've paid $7/dozen for them when I can't find them cheaper. They are that good.

Cheers!
