This way of thinking about food is a way of life for the majority of the people here and I can't wait to be a contributor to it. If all of what you mentioned wasn't enough, then people just need to know that local grown food (not even organic, just local) tastes so so so good! It will make you want to eat salads everyday just because you finally figure out that green vegetables can have flavor. Its amazing! Just try it!
